"The café options listed at The hostel is not true. The pictures in the ad is of a nearby cozy café that has nothing to do with The hostel. And The hostel is in need of reparations. But beyond that it was clean, the workers where kind and helping. The hostel is below average because of The need of repair, but I am happy with my stay. Slightly to expensive for what you get. "

"Always a pleasure staying at the Obester in Debrecen. Friendly staff, nice rooms (nothing fancy). Very nice breakfast and great value for money, It's a short walk from the town's main square and has free parking. I have stayed here 4 times over the past 6 years. "

"The hotel staff was wonderful very very helpful in fixing an excursion that I messed up. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We had a standard room, if you don’t like street noise ask for one on the courtyard we were on the second floor and up until 11 o’clock you could hear people on the street. Didn’t bother us as we go to bed late. Great location just inside the Jewish quarter very close to main public transportation. The breakfast was plentiful. Everything was good. The next day not prepared as well but I’m sure they would’ve corrected something if we asked. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and stay there again."
