"Great location in West Bay. Easy to get around to restaurants and shops. Great snorkeling right there in the bay. Easy to take water taxis to West End. Very affordable resort. The breakfast is one of the best. I highly recommend it."

"We love staying at Arca, the only complaint I have is how the receptionist Sasha made me feel, I felt I was just a credit card for her. The bed can be better. The food and drinks here are great the bar and restaurant is amazing. The day before check out we were approached with the check out invoice during sunset, worst experience ever and it ruin my sunset time, guest don't want to review a check out invoice while enjoying sunset in your bathing suit. I didn't mentioned it to the manager and he understood, hopefully this change as its not nice, I told the manager that is best to leave it at the room the night before check out, this is usually done at high-end boutique resorts. "
