"The hotel is on an ideal location for exploring Dunfermline's ancient history sites which are all very close by. Slightly disappointed there was no information in the hotel itself. "The staff were super friendly and went out their way to help us. We arrived at 12.30 as we had a wedding to go to at Balbirnie House. We knew the room wouldn’t be ready for check in but the staff went out their way to turn our room around so we could drop our bags and have a quick freshen up before leaving at 1.15 for the wedding. The lady on reception also arranged a taxi for us. Thanks again."
