"The photos make this hotel seem much nkcer than what it truly is. The beds are like sleeping on cardboard. No comfort to them, at all. The rooms need to be re-painted. The bathrooms arent kept up with and did a full cleaning. Theres hairs and dust all over. I wpuld not stay here, again. Front desk when checking in was great!"

"I went to my room and it smelled horrible like someone urinated every where, I told the lady up front and she was going to change my room. A few minutes later a guy called me and said he would not change my room I could stay there or leave with no refund, No refund because you don't know how to clean properly, I left and they refused to give me my money back.DONT STAY HERE rude staff horrible customer service and absolutely no cleaning of the rooms at all, next call is the health department and fire department."

"Dirty room, no towels had to go get them, toilet had urine stains still, and no refrigerator. Shower head and faucet were not properly working. Rooms there have gone down hill since ive stayed there and will be choosing other places for now on and spending more money else where. Its becoming a true red roof inn with the reputation it has. "

What do you mean by that reverse reverse and they were told so the customer was told that it would take us at least 60 days to do that if we could otherwise it would just send us a credit. Customer wasn’t satisfied with that response and then I guess apparently someone in the call center said you know what you have the option file PCO complaint not a good way to end that call just FYI so the customer came to me cause I’m their account rep and said what can you do to help us so I kind of started going down the path of asking you know David Turner, and my director well he’s our director now over here in Ohio. "We always stay over 1 night whenever we head down south. Older hotel but always clean. The free breakfast is much better than other hotels . Sausages, eggs, waffles, assortment of muffins, toasts, bagels,etc. Fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, all are replaced constantly., and are fresh! Kids love the pool. Pet friendly, but rooms never have any odors. Price is lower than many hotels in the area. Super easy to get on and off expressways! We'll continue to stop there!"
