"Amazing accommodation, comfy stay, great view from the room. Quick and easy check-in. No toiletries or tea/coffee/sugar provided- BYO. The place has no lifts and hence have to get all your luggage upstairs by yourself through the narrow stairs. "Great view over the Summit slopes. Lovely renovated room. The meals were excellent. Almost all staff were very friendly, even the foreign staff who were trying hard with their English. Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. Ideally located almost at the base of Mount Bogong for my stay and no noise to complain about from other rooms. Car parks are a very tight squeeze though, I would park out on the road next time. "
