Only criticism, we ran out of firewood and kindling on our first night of a two night stay and had to purchase our own firewoodand kindling. The reason given is that some guests steal the wood. So they only provide firewood for one night, though we paid for two nights accommodation. Bring your own firewood."

"Mrs. Simpson is perfectly positioned between the Canyon walk and the central shopping area and with the most wonderful garden. We were quite taken by the thought with which the kitchen was equipped with every item one would wish for one’s own home. As much firewood as one would want was supplied for the fireplace and, if that were not to keep one warm enough, an air-conditioner, oil heaters and electric blankets certainly do so. "We had a wonderful 4 nights in this beautiful and peaceful location. Our host was very accommodating including letting our kids help feed the animals which they loved. Our dog had lots of space to run around and we really enjoyed the alfresco dining spaces and the fire pit. We will definitely be back!"
