"Schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Jahr da, nun allerdings im kühlen Herbst und nicht im (auch kühlen) Sommer, falles schon einige Dinge auf: Die allgemeinen Räume sind kaum beheizt; im Restaurant wird mit Heizlüftern 'aufgerüstet', allerdings zwecklos - der Bau ist energetisch eine Sünde. Demgegenüber steht die Bereitschaft der Mitarbeitenden, es dem Gast so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Und nicht zu verachten sind die Sportanlagen (25m Sportbad, Fitnessräume, Saunas), die mich zum wiederkommen...

We knew that there are SPA complex available, but it wasn't our main purpose of the trip - we wanted to enjoy early autumn of Saaremaa and were looking for a nice overnight premises. Чистота как всегда на уровне, ошиблась выбором номера, но ни одной минутой не пожалела, два не очень приятных момента- очень скудные и неразнообразные Завтраки, а выпечка - впечатление, что подогрели с остатков, и самое, что обидело и вызвало упадок настроения- в спа зоне перед самым носом клиента, бармены моют ноги в сланцах в бассейне, на вопрос, а что вы делаете- ответ- они же чистые! "Perfect location 2 min walk from old town with spotless, extremely spacious rooms. Lots of restaurants right outside the door. Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is huge with a large variety, totally worth 22 EUR. Provide surveilled luggage storage (only staff enter the storage area). Pool is amazing with waterfall, water jets, gorgeous view of old town. Sauna and steam rooms are very relaxing."
