« The house was very clean. Host answered when the door didn’t work so communication was great. The view of the docs were nice. The pool was very dirty and gross. There was a broken chair at the dining table that they glued and screwed together which my mom got hurt on and there’s a staples sticking out in the couch. And then by the couch, there is one table a little broken like broke the glass of it and I definitely think they should’ve removed that but overall the house was very clean....

"A notre arrivée, la chambre remise n’était pas celui réservée, longue attente pour changer de chambre, Dans la nouvelle chambre, j’ai été accueilli par une coquerelle écrasée sur le grand miroir de la chambre . Ils ont refusé de me changer de chambre cette fois-ci, ils ont juste envoyé quelqu’un nettoyer le miroir avec la coquerelle écrasée dessus. nous avons été dévoré par des punaises de lit pendant 4 jours avant de réaliser que ce n’était pas des piqûres de moustiques. J’ai dû aller consulter un médecin sur place. Ils n’ont pas leurs responsabilités face à ça!"
