« We chose a king suite on the third floor. I am really critical about cleanliness, but I’ll have to say this room was spotless. The makeover that they did in March is just beautiful. I felt very comfortable in this room and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were very helpful. And the breakfast was much more than we expected. The only thing that made us somewhat uncomfortable was the hotel next-door. There were some pretty sketchy people in their parking lot, but definitely no reflection...

« Had high expectations for this stay, first the good, staff, and I mean the single concierge on property was very kind, helpful and super courteous. Very nice young man.The main building has a nice early century feel dating back 300 years of history. Our complaint is with the room itself, it’s not well appointed, the bed sheets and pillows are OK but the bed is worn out and stiff ( you can feel the springs). I have the custom of rating cleanes buy the bathroom and must say that having black mold...

« We had a lovely stay at this property. We were able to buy some wonderful goat milk soap from the owner who also shared some of their eggs with us. The owner had also left a scavenger hunt to take you around the property with some fun facts included. The home has a beautiful stone fireplace and everything you could possibly need. It was neat and perfectly clean! »

« House was as advertised though a bit further off the road then I expected resulting in a very quiet secluded stay. It was pet friendly which was great though hardwood floors so you have to be careful. The house had every amenity for the most part you could need. The Host communication was easy, and timely, extremely responsive and amenable to check in check out time flexibility. »
