"The hot tubs were great"

"The room was okay, but the toilet/shower area showed signs of age and the vent was full of dust. Breakfast is from 6-9 am. We got to breakfast at 8:25 am and there were only a few eggs and bagels left- no biscuits and gravy, no yogurt, no waffle mix, no cereal, no sausage, no oatmeal, etc. Very disappointing!!!!"

"My room was kind of dated but clean. TV and shower were fine. Good value for the money."

"Sheets were not clean with hairs around the bedding as if they just remade the bed without changing sheets, bathroom wall did have what looked like a skid mark by my toilet paper roll:(( did try to make a complaint but no call back. Also was never given my pet deposit back when there was no issues when left "

"Our room was just ok. We were told it was newly renovated but the room we were in was very dated so not sure what was renovated. Breakfast was good and nice area to eat at with plants etc."

"Front counter lady was very grumpy and acted like she hated her job. Breakfast was horrible. Beds were clean but overall place was very old outdated and falling apart"

"The door to the bathroom had holes, was broken off the hinges, the bathtub didn't have a plug, and the fridge looked like it had been beaten with a hammer. paint in the bathroom was peeling off. Even the room number was partially missing from the room door and it really didn't close properly unless you banged. Beds need replacement, but better than we expected. On the plus side, the room was clean as heck, the fridge was larger than usual and worked well, and the staff really were sweet people and very welcoming. "
