« The resort was really nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying on the resort and we really enjoyed it. The only thing that really bothered me is our newbies in the bottom were really loud and didn’t care to be quiet. After a long day at Busch gardens we just wanted to sleep but got woken up multiple times my the noise. »

« We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. « The property was in a great location to the places we needed to be. We were disappointed that there was 1 bath towel, no wash clothes and two hand towels for our use. The listing stated two bedrooms, it was one bedroom with a pull out sofa however stated the unit slept 5. There were no sharp knives in the unit. I normally carry a ton of items and have gotten out of the habit as these are things that should be standard items in the units. »

« This is a fantastic condo. Located near all the amenities that we have access too. My daughter was playing a big two day golf tournament, so the proximity to the putting green and course was golden. The owners communicated well and description was spot on. « Check in was tough. We were led to the wrong apartment. The property owner did get back to me in less than 5 minutes, which was great! She said she will fix this issue. « We enjoyed the house very much.Would suggest arriving during daylight due to railroad track and location.Dryer in the laundry room needs too be checked. We washed and dried a load of laundry. Clothes smelled like mildew after using the dryer. Tewa shed the clothes. Dryer in garage was fine. »

« This was a great place to stay. Very comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view, and lots of games for the kids. We went to Williamsburg while we were here and we found the house to be an easy drive from everything we wanted to do. »

« Beautiful accoutrements with special fall holiday theme. Butterfly decorations were also everywhere. All seating and bedding was comfortable. Coffee and snacks were an added bonus. The property was better than I imagined. Pictures of backyard that were on vrbo when I booked, do not do justice. It is a beautiful home. »

« We had a lovely last minute vacation. The property was very homey and had everything we needed. Communication was prompt and pleasant. The area was quiet and the little yard was perfect for our dog. I would advise planning ahead for any trips for groceries and activities. While we enjoyed our first experience on the car ferry, we did need to adjust our schedules a bit. It was a great place to relax and have some late summer fun before school started. »
