"We had an excellent five night stay. We were warmly welcomed on arrival. Our room was large, comfortable and very well appointed. It was spotlessly clean and fully maintained daily. Breakfast was above expectations with a very wide choice of hot and cold food. The location was perfect for a short visit with many attractions being within easy walking distance. It was very close to tram stops and a metro station. Although there was no restaurant there was a pleasant bar with very helpful staff for snacks and drinks. Reception provided us with recommendations on where to experience Czech food and drink at reasonable prices. All staff we met were friendly, welcoming and helpful"

"The location is excellent. Quiet, didn't hear any noise from outside. Very clean. The breakfast was excellent, for any type of diet, variety was amazing. What I didn't like : towels!!! Too old, too dry, size should be bigger. The hotel should change all towels . "

"This is a great hotel in a nice location. Very easy to get to anything in Old Town. Parking is valet only but that worked fine for us. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant breakfast buffet was awesome."
