"Stayed overnight. No water I couldn't wash myself, a/c bearly working, no internet connection, no bar to have a coffe fresh water, no restaurant to have a meal, staff barely talking at all in any language....realy sad atmosphere. I use to stay in this hotel and it was a decent place totally opposit of what is now."

"L'hôtel est de 1984 et pratiquement à l'abandon seul le personnel est très agréable mais sinon l'établissement par lui-même qui est la propriété du gouvernement soit disant a été rénové en 2011 mais tout est dans un état déplorable du reste il n'y a plus de clients. "L'Hôtel est situé dans le centre de Yaoundé mais à l'écart de la circulation et à l'ombre des arbres dans un cadre très agréable. Restaurant -bar agréable avec terrasse. Chambre en bon état général, climatisation efficace et silencieuse. La salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite en particulier la baignoire mais c'est OK pour prendre une douche, avec une bonne pression d'eau. Propreté OK."

"The staff were courteous, proactive and very helpful. The quality and standard of the hotel room and other facilities were very high. The room was beautifully decorated and spotless. I also had the opportunity to use the restaurant, bar and gym where i experienced a very high quality of service. I enjoyed the buffet and the breakfast at the restaurant. It is qorth mentioning that the airport shuttle is very handy, makes your arrival and departure experience smooth. The botel also has good views of the city of Yaounde, i will always go back and recommend anyone visiting to make United their first choice."
