At first we were given a room that was frankly unacceptable. The hotel dates back 40 years and nothing had been done to that room. The plumbing was in terrible condition. And there was mould on the bathroom However, after we expressed our disappointment, the Staff was most gracious an put us in a suite that had been upgraded.

The hotel is an older hotel that is still in reasonable condition. For the money, it is an OK deal. If you want ultra luxury, of course he will pay for more than this hotel. The check-in staff, Edward, and Enzo were terrific and took care of us very well. Breakfast is the usual hotel stuff. The really bad thing was check out. It was horrendous.
