"We had a beautiful view overlooking pool/beach and watched whales from the resort daily! Gabriel, breezy, Diana and Roberto were always very helpful and cheerful, always asking if we need anything!! This is my second time at this resort and I would definitely come back! We had the best time!!"

"I booked this trip on a whim after my flight to puerto Vallarta turned around to go home on 2/22/26. The reviews made me nervous but I thought it definitely had redeeming qualities. The grounds are quite pretty and there’s lots of activities for kids and adults to do to pass the time. My family stayed on resort most of the week. The pools and water slides are pretty cool. The kids water park is great. The kids love it and it feels pretty safe. The riu land kids show every night after dinner was an awesome way to end the night. The kids loved it and played with all the other kids and danced around. Super cute. The food was ok. It’s not as bad as people made it sound. It’s comparable to other all inclusive mediocre bland buffet food. Lots of fresh fruit and veggies. It didn’t make any of us sick so that’s cool! Towards the end of the stay we saw the crowd take a turn. Before it was a bunch of chill canadiens and families. But then a surge of 18-21 year old American spring breakers checked in and it did harsh my mellow a little bit. Although they didn't keep me up at night and were not directly mean or aggressive to us. Just annoying. Lol Overall we had a good time and I would consider going back."

"This place is spectacular. I have never been to an all inclusive place where they continuosly provide service to bring you drinks and have such high quality food. The staff is beyond nice. This is a must visit place. "

"No issues with the property and staff. My main issue is guests claiming beds early in the morning and not using them till 10 or 11. This should not be allowed to happen. Everyday the best beds were taken...usually just a hat placed on the bed. Not good."

"No major complaints. It is a great location. Staff was very friendly. And the grounds were kept in good clean condition.. The rooms are nice other than the large whirlpool tub in the master bedroom sweet. Also seemed like the staircases were closed due to maintenance on the tile work, which could be annoying at times as the elevator was very slow.. overall I would highly recommend this property. "
