"Lovely hotel in a great location with wondered staff"

"The location is very beautiful. They have their own parking space. The staff is very friendly. We stayed only 1 night in a room for 4 persons, which was very neat and clean. Breakfast is usual, the croissants and bread are delicious. They serve the cheese of the region. Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel. "

"Perfect stay, very nice and professional staff"

"A great hotel with everything you need for a visit in the beautiful village of Tain l'Hermitage. We booked a parking for our BEV. Great breakfast!"

"Classic French hotel where history still can be noted clearly. Very nice service. Typical French dining options. Sounds from room above alas perceivable."

"Génial pour les vacances +++ Un petit peu moins pour les visiteurs qui travaillent.... Les propriétaires doivent se lever plus tôt."

"Tack Fabrice för varmt välkomnande och omhändertagande. Unikt koncept med allt man behöver, som vår familj uppskattade mycket - inte som stora hotellkedjor! Denna vistelse adderade en positiv och uppskattad upplevelse under vår resa 😁 "

"It was a very pleasant place to stay in the Northern Rhone near vineyards in Crozes Hermitage and also very convenient for visiting Tain which is only ten minutes away. "

"Les propriétaires ne sont clairement pas du metier. Nous avons eu l impression de les deranger de l arrivee jusqu a notre depart. Notion du service client inexistante (aux clients de s adapter et pas l inverse) Chambre tres rustique, acces aux chambres compliqué (chemin exigu et non entretenu), petit dejeuner basique..."

"The concept is novel and well executed. We were staying as part of a cycling tour down the Via Rhona, for which the location is perfect, with bespoke secure bike storage. The town is beautiful with lots of great restaurants, but I suggest you book ahead of time as they all get busy. The one big challenge we had was checking in. Having booked via Hotels.com we were sent links to complete profiles for all guests. This was a pain, because we had cycled all day and desperately wanted to get...

"We had a wonderful stay in the Chapoutier Gite "La Tour du Pavillon" in the midst of perhaps the best vineyard on the hill of Hermitage. A Syrah lover's dream. Although it is small (about 27 sq m/290 sq ft per the description) it is so well equipped. The staff was extremely helpful for check in and check out, and quickly took care of the one maintenance issue we encountered even though it was very late in the evening. Such a magical location and we hope to return again soon."

"We enjoyed one week with the family at the Domaine, the garden is very large and beautiful. The animals (horses, donkeys and dogs) are very friendly for children. "

"This was a great place to stay quietly and get work done, even with the music festival going on the flat was peaceful. The Wifi connection is excellent, a fast and reliable connection at all times. I was unfortunate that when I arrived parking restrictions and road closures for the music festival made it difficult to get to the flat. At other times free parking nearby was not a problem. It is also worth noting the flat is at the top of a long steep set of stairs. I found the flat to be walking...

"Propriétaires réactifs. Maison propre, fonctionnelle et très bien située dans cette magnifique région. Parfait."
