« Hôtel comme on espérait. Propre , spacieux, bel espace aquatique . Jacuzzi trop petit par rapport au monde qu’il y a. Plusieurs offres de restaurants. Bémol pour les 3 menus enfants qui sont toujours les mêmes. Navette pour aller à la plage. Transats sur place. Supermarché à proximité. »

« Highly recommend! Gal in charge was more than kind! Absolutely amazing beach experience. I’m pretty spoiled living in Las Vegas with 5 star restaurants and 5 star hotels and I kid you not. « I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I understand that issues can happen, but the overall cleanliness and condition of this room fell well below what should be considered acceptable. When I arrived, the bed sheets were visibly dirty, and the pillowcases and towels were stained. Those are basic housekeeping standards that should never be overlooked. « We used all the amenities offered. We kayaked, biked, loved the sauna, putt putt, and hot tub. We were close to the trails, and explored them too! Communication was excellent! Walking distance to the downtown area! Will definitely come back! »

« The host was very good and very helpful! And works very hard! The proximity of the venue to town was great! The venue it self needs some updating, updates far beyond what the host can do! »

« There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted. »

« A great value in a vintage style roadside motel thats been renovated and updated. It was very clean with attentive staff that were eager to please. It's a charming place with comfortable rooms. Especially for couples or small families wanting a nice place to rest and use as a launching point to enjoy Torch Lake, other local parks and destinations. We would stay here again! »
