« Staying here was a pleasure. Mohamed was a very hospitable host and very accommodating to our needs. The place was very clean, very spacious, and easily accessible to everything around. The Wifi worked, air conditioners worked, and washrooms were spotless. There is a washing machine in the washroom to wash your clothes if needed. « The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. »

"Séjour exceptionnel, avec un personnel aux petits soins. Et tout particulièrement de Asro et Nada de la réception qui toujours été d'excellent conseil. Et Mohammed Hassan, du Rooftop, qui savait si bien nous mettre dans une très bonne ambiance au rythme du son Maraganath égyptien. Enfin, nous remercions le directeur Monsieur Oussama, qui parle un excellent français, pour son aide précieuse et son accueil si chaleureux !!! En résumé, vous trouverez ici un endroit extra et merveilleux, dans lequel vous serez reçus comme des "pachas". Shoukran tir à vous tous et à très bientôt !!!
