« 1h d'attente pour le chek in pour se faire dire que nos 2 chambres ne sont pas prêtes et on a voulu nous tasser pour donner des chambres prêtes à d'autres clients .....J'ai refusé....Je leur ai demandé de nous attribuer des chambres même s'il n'était pas prêtes et qu'on attendrait dans le corridor.....Hôtel pas préparé pour ce gros week end de course qui arrive à chaque année à la même date....Une seule personne pour les chek in alors qu'une 2e personne est derrière le comptoir !!!!! Des heures...

I spoke with the maintenance man who was the exact maintenance man that I spoke to this past weekend he told me the exact same story he told me two years ago about how the new owner was gonna start improving the place and making it a whole lot better for guest. « The property is beautiful, the gardens are breathtaking, and the staff is kind and seen often working on the property. The lakeside view is exquisite, the cottage itself is absolutely charming. The location is perfect for a summer weekend. We will definitely visit again, Highly recommend. »

« En bordure de plage Pour avoir les clés il a fallu appeller mais nous sommes toujours tombé sur le répondeur. Pas de réception. On a failli changer d hôtel jusqu a ce que l’on contacte hôtel.com pour nous dépanner. Sinon génial car plage privée et partager avec les autres chambres. »

« Clean, quiet, near everything but off the busy road. Would stay again. A few weird things though: the tiny fridges have no tiny freezer, so I couldn't refreeze my ice packs; vending machines were all removed, so they're selling drinks out of a fridge behind the check in desk only when it's open; nothing in the rooms: no phone, no brochures, no kleenex, no wifi instructions, had to ask for washcloths. Excellent stay if you're independent. »

« Views were beautiful! The beach area was pretty nice minus all the bugs. They are not mayflies, the entire beach is filled with piles of bugs on the sand, and dozens land on you the entire time you sit there trying to relax. The webs on the outside of cabins were insane which lead to dozens of HUGE black spiders that come out as soon as the sun goes down. Very old rustic cabin, had what you needed but extremely old and needs some updating. »

« I needed a quiet, affordable place to work on a writing project and booked at the last minute (literally, I booked and immediately got in the car and drove three hours to the cabin). In spite of the last-minute booking, everything was perfect and it was exactly what I needed. I will definitely stay here again. »

« I liked the look and feel of the cabin. It had WiFi and very comfortable beds. Outside area was a cute setup with a nice fire pit. You can see the water from the cabin, but there is no way to access it unless you drive to a public beach which takes like 15 minutes or so. Which isn't bad but not well explained in the listing. The cabin was well located for restaurants, groceries, and mini golf. »
