"Excellent in every way. The only thing that was wrong turned out to not be wrong after all. It seemed that the a/c wasn’t working when we got into the room. The unit was blowing warm air (it was in the high 70’s) and I couldn’t get the unit to do anything. I went to the front desk and the young lady asked me if I checked the thermostat on the wall? Duh, no I didn’t realize it had one. She explained that it was a very common complaint and that she has tried to get management to put a notice in...

"We checked in late Friday, and the front desk staff was very personable and pleasant. On Monday morning we had an issue with our room key not working, and again staff was extremely kind and patient even though we could tell they were having a busy morning. The hotel was perfect walking distance to the amphitheater and I highly recommend it if you're in town for a show. They limit washing/cleaning which is great for the environment, but only have plastic utensils and disposable coffee cups. "
