"As soon as everyone walked in to the chalet, we all felt immediately at home. You can tell it is used by the owners as it is very homely and brilliantly equipped. It was an ideal place for a three generational ski trip. Lots of room, stunning views. Easy access to slopes and a short drive to shops/telecabine. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend. "

"Great chalet to reunite a whole family, you will find all you need to spend a nice relaxing week. Close to hiking trails, we went a few times down to the city walking but it is a steep 25 minutes hike back but if you have time and not heavy groceries it is a nice walk. We got a lot of rain but managed to have fun all together, we kept warm with the nice wood stove. Would definitely come back."

"We had a wonderful time in this charming Chalet.The kitchen is spaceous and very well equipped. Especially the big dining table was perfect for our 7-people -group. Hikingtours to the Lac de Chavonnes and Col de la croix are starting directly in La Forclaz. A daytrip to Montreux and good wifi were the highlights our teenage daughters. Very easygoing check-in and check-out."

"We stayed for just one night in a standard room for two (without a balcony), and we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings — much more than we expected. The décor was simple and minimalistic, and although there was no mini bar, it didn’t take away from our comfort at all. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The facilities were another highlight — the swimming pool was a good size, and the sauna was a great way to unwind. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality. Given the very competitive price, the high standard of the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was only a short stay this time, but we’re already planning to come back for a longer visit to explore this beautiful region — and we’ll definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended for both couples and families! "

The location alone is worth the stay, with trails and vistas just steps away. The hotel itself is charming and well-situated, though the walls are a bit thin, so light sleepers may want to pack earplugs. Still, it’s hard to complain when you wake up to views like that. "The views are really awesome. Its at the extreme edge of the town high up in the hills. The property is very well kept. I didnt really care for the rollaway bed but probably because it looked like it needed some cleaning. I arrived late. The check inninstructions were unambiguos. The checkout staff was very courteous. We could have spent another day but it was sold out!! If you plan to stay here... ensure to bringnyour groceries along with you... did i say its at the extreme end of the town/village?"
