NEW to the Rental Market! Everything is NEW Jan 2022! Calatrava Beach Cottage is a super nice 2BR/2BA cottage in Terra Cotta Terrace so close to the private beach access just off Scenic 98 in Destin, FL! Sleeps 6 comfortably with a King bed in the master bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds in the guest room with Queen beds on the bottom bunks and twins on the top! Comfortable sleeping for sure! Our bunk beds are better suited for children! Sleeps a Maximum of 6 adults, please!

Small, friendly, and clean dogs may be considered and must be approved 1st. Please ask! Add $112 pet fee.

Smart TVs in every room! Upgraded WiFi with enough bandwidth for everyone! Comfortable, with all the necessities of home! Come make this your favorite beach getaway! No Smoking, Please!

Neighborhood Amenities include Private Beach Access, Seasonal Beach Service (2 Chairs & Umbrella) available for a fee through the beach vendor on the beach, Outdoor Pool, Sand Volleyball Court, and Tennis Court.

40% required to reserve. The balance is due 30 days in advance. Fully refundable if canceled more than 60 days in advance minus $300 fee. Within 60 days, we must be able to rent the time again in order to refund. Trip cancellation insurance is offered at 6.5% of the total for covered cancellations within 60 days through CSA Travel Protection. ****Snowbird monthly rentals require 40% down and the balance by Sep 1st. It is nonrefundable unless the time can be rented again.****

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise!' Destin is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.

Super clean immaculate cottage
I have to say this cottage www super immaculate and clean. Super close to the beach with private access. The only thing I suggest to the owners is to have maybe a bit more of tick at least condiments, laundry detergent, and maybe some beach toys. Other than that no complaints. Love the property.

Excellent family option at the beach
We had a wonderful spring break at this charming house. It’s a beach cottage at the end of a cul de sac very close to the beach. We had access to a pool and tennis courts and lots of walking paths nearby. Awesome shopping nearby as well. The house was perfect for us. We had two adults and three kids. The bunk room was perfect although the upper bunks are very high and the ladders were too steep for our 6 and 7 year olds. The two bottom bunks were queens so it was fine. Great kitchen but bring your own spices and salt and pepper. We didn’t use the laundry but there are full sized machines. Great deck out back for sitting and a table for eating.

Excellent and so cozy!
We saw this little house and new it would be the perfect size for my husband and I and my mom! Walking in...the house was very clean and we felt extremely comfortable staying there. All the towels and linens were well stocked as well as other toiletries! One thing I would say...bring some more dish detergent if you plan on cooking in a lot....and maybe another roll of paper towels! Other than that...it was stocked enough for our small party! Oh and the bed was so comfortable...honestly....probably the best we've slept on while renting. All in all....we will definitely be renting this place again! T
