Spa & Pool Heating Policy • Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle. • Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement: \- $150/day to heat up to 88°F You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool. Check-in/out flexibility: • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for $30/hour, subject to approval. Property rules: • Do not tamper with or adjust pool equipment. Damage to the equipment will result in charges for replacement or repair. • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. • Mailbox access is unavailable.
