Loud indoor or outdoor music and noise is NOT allowed. Neighborhood quiet hours 8pm - 8am. The city will cite tenants $1,000 or more for violations. POOL | SPA: Pool & Spa $100/daily heating fee – Pool up to 85 degrees. Spa to 102 degrees. Spa only: $40/daily heating fee to 102 degrees. Up to 5 hours/day. (On demand only, must be turned off after use) If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one is not. \*\*Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request. Pool service every Tuesday and Friday. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it.
