"Albi was great he was there for breakfast everyday and if we needed something he got it done. Being here during off season was probably not the best as a lot of things were closed and this is the time they do maintenance and upgrades so our last breakfast was in a bit of a construction zone. Bed was very comfortable and had a great view off the balcony. The room was on the smaller side but sufficient for our three night stay. Shower pressure was great! "

"The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but they’re so close to the sea...

"My husband and I went in August of 2025\. This hotel is owned by a beautiful family. From my understanding, the owners are a husband and wife Elona, and they truly made our stay special with the help of their sweet staff. Elona was incredibly kind and always ready to help us with anything we needed. Her husband was just as sweet and is the head chef behind all the delicious meals we enjoyed during our stay. Also they speak English and Italian very well. They also recommended a boat tour for us when ours got cancelled, and it ended up being such a fun experience. The views from the hotel were absolutely beautiful, and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The location is peaceful, but you do need to drive about 10 minutes to reach the boat tour location and what I’d consider the city’s “downtown,” where there are plenty of food options and shopping stalls. The owners were always on top of everything and made sure we felt taken care of. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend this hotel."

"Absolutely loved my stay at this Hotel. The room was spotless the bed was really comfortable ( and I am really fussy about that ) the linens were of very high quality, much appreciated. Water in the fridge !A beautiful balcony with a sea view. The staff were incredible! Kind, helpful, they just could not do enough for you. Great bar as well on the main floor. "Has a secluded private beach. Were a young couple and took 30 minutes walk to saranda promenade- quite a up hill walk and has alot of character because of residents nearby and cemetery. We always passed a black labrador dog who is really friendly and polite. The room isn’t that modern but has everything you need: Aircon, Smart TV: Netflix/Youtube. The shower pressure is also great. One tip is if you don’t want them to clean your room, tell them directly. We had the DND sign but they still did it until we requested otherwise (great job just didn’t want someone else cleaning up our mess) "
