"Starting negative. Management company expected a 5 star rating, if not then to call them. Honesty that caused a one star deduction alone. Honesty works better. Next is the neighborhood. Sketchy given the run down trailer park nearby. Then there is the bed. You need stairs to get up to it. Good lord, trying to get down at night if you have to use the restroom. One small stool, and a broken shelf is not acceptable for adults. Finally, the view and waves sounds are fantastic. ...

"Beautiful cozy room right by the sea with everything you might need. Close to restaurants. Super helpful staff, went above and beyond to help us."

"The room was as it appeared online. It was clean, spacious and well furnished for 2 people. The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. The shower was hot both days. The issues to note are that the room is advertised as being wheelchair accessible and there is no elevator. It is stair access only and on the third floor. There was no water in the Keurig machine to make coffee. And there were no parking spots available in the lot. We parked on the street in front of the building which was ok because it's not a busy street, but that should be communicated to travelers. The freezer in the mini fridge was frosted over and the fridge was cool but not cold. We didn't use the pool or have breakfast on site."

"Room was clean, everything you needed. Basic but nice. Toilet wasn’t quite flushing all the way and could use some attention to detail like trim boards coming loose and dust on shelves but overall good place to stay and clean with basic necessities. Staff was great about messaging and made it easy for late check in etc. would reccomend for somewhere affordable and basic necessity stay. Great for using dockside charters in the same parking lot area."

"Adorable house, comfortable living space, exceptional view. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was clean. Walking distance to everything. It has a cozy fireplace. It was so nice sitting on the front porch and listening to the ocean waves. I will be back next year and hope to stay longer."
