It was quite noisy where we stayed and they only communal microwave downstairs in the lobby was a little inconvenient. Very nice place, love the hardwood floor.

Everything was great until day of departure and got locked out of our room because our key cards had already been deactivated at 7 am. Staff at the desk gave us new key cards 4 times before sending maintenance to unlock it so we could get our belongings out. This put us about an hour behind schedule.

Our shower had no water pressure, it was basically a drip. The beds in our room were tiny, much smaller than they look in the pictures online. Beds had no actual blankets, just piles of sheets. I was honsetly embarrassed and so upset, I recommended the hotel for family members coming from out of town. I was uncomfortable all weekend and couldnt relax in our room.

Nice, newer property. Close to Park Meadows shops and restaurants. Quiet despite being near the freeway. The breakfast is pretty good compared to most most hotel breakfasts which I never eat. Had a decent coffee with almond milk, OJ, scrambled eggs and everything bagel. They offer filtered water for your empty bottles and a decent fitness room. I have had a cleanliness issue on each of my two stays but they righted it quickly and seemed to care about my feeling comfortable. I would stay here again.

We love how there is no carpet in the rooms which in our opinion become so dirty with bacteria. Love having a breakfast offered too.
