The host was very communicative and accommodating from booking on. We booked the place rather last minute as our rental for college graduation was unexpectedly sold and made unavailable. So, I don’t know if the price for this rental was higher due to demand or if the price was the same as other times of year. But, it was still reasonable and worth it. Location was excellent. Walkable to Coors Field, Larimer St and many other hot spots. We had easy access with a door code. Parking was no problem. The place itself was clearly decorated by someone with a good eye for interior design. We had plenty of room to hang out, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom and there was very little noise despite being in RiNo and close to many things. As a tip to visitors we loved the nearby Walnut Room pizza (we had it delivered, huge hit) and Convivio Madre Cafe. Excellent coffee, pastries and cooked items. The only suggestion is to have the cleaning staff do a once over on some of the interior plants and nearby surfaces that were dusty. We did ask for an early checkin so perhaps they ran short on time. Everything else was clean, easy to find and very convenient. For those with accessibility needs, there are stairs to enter the house and stairs up or down to all bedrooms. I had an unexpected injury and navigated with the help of family, but it was a challenge on crutches. That is no fault of the owners. We knew there were stairs and this trip could not be cancelled. Would rent again!
