It’s clear that the owner has spent time and care furnishing/decorating the flat. It is beautiful. For a basement flat there are lots of windows. Also a great little courtyard. The location is fabulous, in Cherry Creek which is a beautiful neighborhood close to everything. It was great having a garage to park in. My only caveat is that it was a tad difficult to figure out where to enter and how to get in to the garage to park. figuring out the “air conditioning” was also a bit confusing. ##### jane w.
