This beautiful and spacious home offers an ideal blend of comfort, luxury, and space, perfect for families or large groups as it features 2 living spaces (one on each floor) and amazing outdoor covered space overlooking the golf course. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas and the stacked sliders in the main living space bring the outside in. The downstairs living space features a pool table, bar (mini kitchen), seating and a TV. Main Floor \- Master Bedroom - King \- 2nd Bedroom - Queen \- 3rd Bedroom - Queen Basement \- 2nd Master Bedroom - California King \- 5th Bedroom - Queen \- 6th Bedroom - King + Full Sized Pull-Out Couch/Sleeper Bed In addition to our home being within a 10-mile radius of 10 golf courses, DIA (10 Min.), Downtown Denver (20 Min.), Denver Tech Center (30 Min.), Rocky Mountains (35 Min.), Fort Collins (60 Min.), and Colorado Springs (60 Min.) are all within an easy driving distance. For larger groups, please reach out to us about our other 7 bedroom home that is walking distance from this one. This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). There is a $300 penalty (on top of the pet fee) for not reporting that you are bringing a pet. Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, landscaping maintenance, etc. We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
