    Our Mission: Create a luxury experience rivaling a small boutique hotel.

    Master Bedroom has a king bed. Yummy mattress and luxury bed linens. Second bedroom is Queen bed with high quality mattress and linens.

    Huge open floor plan. 50 inch large screen HDTV. Business class Wifi ready and Digital TV. Every guest says... Awesome!

    Did we mention a high-end steam shower large enough for two. With multiple shower heads.

    Productive office work space. includes desk. FREE Wi-fi. Printer.

    Full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, Induction cooktop, toaster oven. Blow dryer. Iron.

    Separate lock of entrance. No Stairs. Secure and easy self check-in is available. This beautifully decorated upscale getaway occupies what is best described as a converted walkout basement. Situated on an acre with a seasonal creek and adjoining wooded open space. Arguably the closest wooded lot to downtown Denver.

    If you have any questions while staying with us be sure to ask. We want each of our guests to have an amazing experience. We want you to have a luxury experience rivaling an upscale boutique hotel.

    Red Rocks. Lot's of folks ask about Red Rocks. This unit is close. I have Red Rock tips for a great experience. Ask me about secret parking spot and you can be home in 20 minutes.

    Worth noting:
    1) The floor above you is occupied. Expect some 1950's floor creaking personality from footsteps & other muffled noises. Similar to hotel noises but definitely worth the luxury feel and all the other features.
    2) This unit does not have a true full kitchen. You have a full sized refrigerator. Microwave. Toaster oven, induction cook-top, large sink, all the utensils, pots, plates, glasses forks. It should meet your needs unless you want to cook a full gourmet meal. 3) Easy to get anywhere... We get a lot of Red Rocks guests. Easy access to Red Rocks is only 20 minutes. Ask me about my Red Rocks secrets!
    Central location for easy access to major highways, I-70, 6th avenue,
    Close to downtown. 4 miles in about 12 minutes. Easy UBER pickup.
    Airport is about 30 minutes. Golden is 15 minutes
    Mountains via 1-70. 1 hour 20 to Breckenridge (without traffic of course)

    4) The Getaway is naturally cool and comfortable year round. Extra heaters and fans are available in each room if needed. If you are seeking a super cold hotel style AC this is not your best option.

Fantastic place to stay for a Denver/Mountain vacation. Close to downtown and Red Rocks with easy access to points West. John is a gracious host and all of his recommendations are on point. Beautiful and Roomy

We would definitely stay here again. The place is spacious and nicely decorated. Recommend to anyone. It has everything you need and is close to many nice attractions. The guest book has tons of recommendations on places to see and eat. Follow the owners advice on the eateries!

Relaxing stay close to the city

Close to the city but quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay in this cute 2 bedroom suite. Check-in and out were simple and contactless. The steam shower was amazing once we figired it out. Lots of lounge space for relaxing after exploring the metro area. Would stay here again.

Location for Red Rocks!

This location was the best for getting around the area. Short drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater, which was the reason for our trip. The place itself was comfortable and cozy. Easy to find with plenty of parking. The host checked in before and after our stay, and also was available for needs if we had any. I will look for this place again on my next trip!

Very cozy place to stay. All rooms were very clean and inviting. The owner was very accommodating and welcomed texts/calls for any issues (there weren't any). Nice quite neighborhood but still located close to restaurants/businesses. Uber rides to downtown were 10 minutes tops. Would certainly consider staying again!

Great house and John is an amazing property owner. The communication was excellent. We came here for a concert at Red Rocks and this house was in a convenient place to get there. Near lots of restaurants and shopping, but the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Best of both worlds. Definitely recommend.

Great place

We have stayed at this location twice now and will return again when we get back to Denver. John is very good to deal with -- we had to change the reservation dates and John worked with us on that. The downstairs is clean and spacious and comfortable. John provides a lot of useful information about local neighborhoods, attractions, and restaurants. Highly recommended.
