About this property

Large Estate Close To Everything.

  • Breathtaking 3 acre gated private estate is being offered to those who have a need for “more”. The property is situated between two large horse properties and only 2 miles from the Denver Technological Center (DTC) and 15 minutes to downtown. This home has 9,000 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 4 fireplaces, 20 seat State Of The Art Theater, all backing to the High Line canal (60 mile walk/bike path).

    I am often asked about hosting events at my home. I would like to limit the number of guests at the property to 30 and 20 overnight. Not interested in hosting wedding receptions.

House is just what we needed. Had a bunch of family fly in for my daughter’s wedding and this home did not disappoint. It’s exactly (if not better) than the description. A lot of places leave out some items but not here. Our stay was amazing and if I ever need another place to sleep many people in Denver, I’m choosing this house again. Thank you Jim!

Great place for family time together

Plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed are time walking the high line canal, playing billiards and just hanging out. Great location with quiet privacy.

Great home with plenty of space. Kitchen has a lot of tableware, dishes, glasses, cooking pans, and great appliances. There is a green space that abuts the rear property line for hiking or biking. The house is fabulous. The owner very responsive and kind!

Great Family Vacation

Great Place in Denver

The house has a good location for driving into Denver for loads of activities, and then coming back to a very quiet gated property that feels very secure. Our family enjoyed a super Christmas holiday stay! The home is nicely furnished and there was even a Christmas tree for us to enjoy and have a family photo taken! Perfect!

Beautiful Proprty

It is ideal for a large family gathering. Super clean and very good beds and bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are large enough to gather around and cook together. More than enough utensils plus a large refrigerator and two dishwashers. I would highly recommend this property.

Family fun time!

This place was awesome! We had 15 in town to attend a family wedding. It was easy to have family together time and quiet time depending on what you were looking for! We had both insta cart grocery delivery and door dash as the location has many places to choose from. Would definitely stay here again if we were in Denver again.

everything was just gorgeous: the house, space/ rooms, games, location, close to everything, no traffic in the area, enough room to relax and enjoy. James sent us the information before our arrival, not one time did we call for anything until we left to say thank you and our family had a super fantastic great time. I recommend staying here.
