This hotel is our second stay. It’s perfect for an overnight when traveling through the city and onto NE. Great for pets especially if ground floor room. Each room opens into a nice courtyard to walk them in. Quiet area of tech companies. Walk to IHOP or sports bar/restuarant. Clean. Seems new. And has an Awesome shower! Breakfast is typical hotel chain type with nice eating area. We’ll continue to stay here.

The room was large, clean and nicely decorated. The bed was not great. It had a large dip in the center causing us to roll to the center of the bed. You had to climb up hill to get out. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent. Some days we had hot water and other days it was just warm.

I stay Many times per year. But this last experience was the worst and I probably won’t be coming back. Very noisy you could hear everybody’s TV and conversations. I asked The front desk when checking in to get me a room away from people as I have sleep issues, before I could even get my things in the room, somebody moved in next-door that were super loud for the all the days I was there. Horrible.

Our vehicle was broken into and everything was stolen out of it. When I approached the front desk attendant, the only statement she told me was " there are signs all over that say park at your own risk". No apology, no offer to help in any way. They did not want to be bothered by the situation. This hotel is unsafe. There was multiple vehicles broken into that night. I have found from police reports, that it is a high crime area. The hotel lacks to protect its patrons safety. There's no security, or efforts to make a safe environment to stay.

The breakfast was not good and this is obviously a not family oriented hotel. There were people in the hallways banging on doors and yelling after midnight. There was another person with their door open blaring music. The whole first floor smelled like weed. The elevator was disgusting and my sheets and towels had stains on them. Also if you're booking on Expedia and you're military don't pay until you get the military discount. They did not honor it because we booked on Expedia.
