General Conduct \- Respect the Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11 PM and 6AM. We have a noise monitoring device that measures noise levels without recording conversations. Fine of $300 for noise violations. \- No Parties or Events: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval. \- Guest Limit: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight at the property. \- Remove Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property to maintain cleanliness. 2\. Property Care \- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the cabin. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy. Pet Policy: \- No Unattended Pets: Do not leave dogs -unattended in the cabin. Guests who leave pets unattended will be fined $300. \- Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors and wildlife. -- Complaints may lead to eviction and forfeiture of remaining nights. Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host.
