Arvada was close enough to Denver that we traveled back and forth several times a day. The area and neighborhood was clean and safe. We had four adults and there was more than enough room. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed and also had the cutest coffee bar. The Hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Mar 16, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great Location & Communication Family friendly and spacious basement with great communication with the owners. Our family of 8 came down to spend our Spring break adventuring and hiking. It just so happened to be the week of a crazy snowstorm and the walkway was always shoveled for us in case we wanted to venture out. Though we did stay and enjoy home cooked meals and movie binges as well. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall a perfect cozy place to stay and I would highly recommend. ##### Cecilia G.
