This house was in the perfect location for us. It was within 20-30 min to downtown Denver, depending on traffic and only about 15 min from the fields where we played. I would 100% book this house again. There was plenty of room for our entire family. The 3 and half bathrooms were a God send with 3 daughters! The rooms are spacious and the finished basement was the ideal spot for my kids. It has a bedroom, full bathroom, TV, and a little game table. The girls never had to leave there while we were in the house lol The only thing I would recommend is adding a grill. There is such a nice deck off the back that overlooks a playground and nice yard. A patio set and grill would be absolutely perfect! The neighborhood is so quiet and family friendly. I really cannot say enough about how lucky we feel to have found this place.
