This gorgeous bright Victorian home is a fully remodeled family entertainment space. Less than 5 mins from RiNo, Five Points and everything this area has to offer . The unit is 10 mins drive from Downtown Denver, 25 mins from the airport. ***The listing doesn't offer hot tub usage.
This is a 120-year-old Victorian Craftsman home. The original wood floors have character and may creak or make noise when walked on. This is a normal part of the home’s charm and history.
Corner lot in trendy Whittier neighborhood. 0.5 miles to City Park. Easy access to 70 highway if you're looking to get out to the mountains. 1 mile to all the bars, shops, and restaurants in the RiNo area.
You will receive an automated Yale Code to enter the house from the main entrance.
This beautiful Victorian welcomes you with a gentle feminine energy. Well appointed, antique pieces along with a 110 year old fireplace gives the living room a unique charm. The main floor also has a 10-person dining table and a fully remodeled kitchen with all modern amenities (remodeled 2017)
Upstairs, the 3-bed 1 bath space is super cozy. Master bedroom faces West and a similar size bedroom faces Southeast of the house. The smallest room on this floor has 2 twin size beds and two ladder bookshelves.
The basement is its own individual unit, with an entry from within the house AND a separate entrance. Two bedrooms, 1 bath, and a flexible working space make the basement its own unique space in case you need some separation from the rest of the house
Additional Charges: ~~ Extra Guest Fee: The nightly rate covers up to 6 guests. A fee of $25 per guest per night applies for each additional guest beyond 6, with a maximum of 10 guests total. This fee is shown upfront in the price breakdown. Otherwise, it's automatically included in the total price before booking.
~~ Late Check-out Fee: Unapproved late check-outs may incur a fee equal to the cleaning fee ($150). Staying past check-out time without notice disrupts our cleaning schedule and overall operations. Such incidents may also be reported to the booking platform as a violation of our house rules. We kindly ask that you reach out in advance if you need extra time. We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

Convenient to Downtown, Cozy Stay Great Communication from Host
Communication with host was excellent. The location was was very close and convenient to downtown. The house was charming, cozy and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Although it is on the street corner, bedrooms were quiet and beds were very comfortable.
Three generations of family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Space for everyone. Very convenient location. Our Host was wonderful to work with.
Great place to stay. Above and beyond in every way. We were looking for a place we could spend time hanging out visiting with each other. It most definitely served that purpose. All beds were comfortable and everything in the home is of good quality.
Living area/kitchen/dining area was a highlight. Upstairs bedrooms are very inviting. Stairs can be steep for some. Overall, very enjoyable and great experience
Or family if 6 stayed here and had plenty of space. We didn’t even end up needing the extra rooms in the basement, which is a great addition to the house. The upstairs bedrooms are smaller than the pictures looked to me, but the beds are cozy and the kitchen/dining room was a perfect set up. My main issues were that the upstairs floors, stairs and some beds are very creaky and woke up our light sleepers at night. Also, our one year old found many things to get his hands into that he wasn’t supposed to, so we had to baby proof the house a bit. Back yard was nice to have. Owner is very communicative and kind. We over all enjoyed the house. Thank you
