This location is ideal with a short walk to Downtown Golden, the School of Mines, great trailheads, the Coors Brewery and a short drive to Red Rocks! Located just minutes from local hiking and tubing, this home and the town of Golden will provide an unforgettable and quintessential Colorado trip for you and your family and friends.

We loved our stay - the rooftop is fantastic, it's a nice walk (or very short drive) to Historic Downtown, and it's the perfect place to land after a fun night at Red Rocks!

This is a very well located, well furnished, comfortable unit in Golden. Easy walk to everything in downtown with easy access to everything else. Beautiful rooftop patio with 365• views. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property close to downtown. We enjoyed the rooftop deck as well. The parking garage space is a bit difficult to maneuver and the alternative parking is on a pretty busy street, but overall a great place.

Love the rooftop patio, great place for stargazing late or morning coffee. We had a quick two night stay at Stefan’s place and it was perfect to walk downtown to restaurants and shops and the creek. Mountain biking trails not far from the house made it easy to head there out the door. Thanks Stefan for a great stay.

The unit was great and clean and welcomed our 2 small dogs. However, the town of Golden had a severe power outage and we could no longer stay in the unit. We checked out early. Otherwise, it would have been a great place to stay since it's so close to COSM.

Great stay in Golden

We were in town for a show at Red Rocks and really enjoyed the place. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop in the evening. Parking was easy and checking in and out was seamless. Thanks for an excellent stay!

We loved this property. The location was perfect. A quick walk to fun, downtown Golden. We didn't do much cooking but there was plenty of kitchen items if we had decided to. The beds were very comfortable. We found the place to be spic and span when we arrived. We love going up on the roof deck to see the sunset in the evenings. The views from up there are just stunning. Great place.

Comfortable Townhouse

Modern, multi level townhouse with comfortable bedrooms and new Kitchen Aid appliances. Highlight is definitely the great rooftop space, which has plenty of seating, a Weber gas grill, and fantastic views of the Golden area. Stefan kept us well informed and provided plenty of information about local restaurants, hikes, etc.

Great location and clean! Took in a concert at Red Rocks, hiked, electric biked, shopped and went bar hopping in Golden. Great time was had by all. Loved that both rooms had their own bathroom. Roof top patio was enjoyable! Although, not recommended if you have trouble with stairs.

Walkable location

I was there for the graduation at Mines. The weather cooperated enough that made this location easily walkable to campus and all of downtown Golden. They had an accessible garage if you come in a car. We used it a few times with my sons vehicle. Everything was super clean and had all we needed for our stay.
