This is a newly developed basement apartment located in very clean, quiet and safest neighborhood. It has two cozy bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It is fully furnished including washer and dryer. The location of the apartment is very convenient for shopping, recreational centers. King supers, Sprouts, Natural Grocery, Bank of America, Chase Bank, McDonalds, dollar store, and other fast-food restaurants are located in a walking distance. The apartment only 13 minutes away from the Denver International Airport and 20 minutes away from Downtown, Denver. The hosts are very friendly and available 24/7 for any request that may come from the tenants. Our logo is "our clients are our KING!"
