Our Colorado Cozy Cottage has 2 Queen size memory foam pillow top beds covered in Egyptian cotton sheets & down blankets. We have a full kitchen with all the items you need for cooking, washer/dryer with detergent, & bathroom with amenities. Our Cozy Cottage is very special to us. We got married in the backyard! We live down the street so if there’s anything you need just let us know! They include a memory foam mattress with a pillow top, down pillows, memory foam pillows, down comforter, & luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. By each bed are two lamps with two USB charging ports in each so you can juice up. There is a sweet hand made entertainment center (crafted by my talented hubby from our upcycled fence) which includes an electric fireplace in the living room to make sure you stay warm & cozy. There is also a 55 inch Smart TV on an articulating mount. You can position the TV towards the couch & snuggle to watch shows on our guest Netflix account or swing it to the kitchen while cooking in our supply stocked kitchen. There is a full kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking (oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer with ice cube trays, dishwasher, pots/pans, toaster, mixing bowls, strainer, measuring utensils, baking pans, pizza pans, silverware, glasses, coffee pot, cooking utensils, & condiments). Coffee is provided for you. Free parking is available on the property for 2 vehicles. Outlet for charging EV vehicles available. Full sized washer and dryer are included with detergent. Bathroom includes a claw foot tub with a shower. Towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash are available. Free Wifi of course!! A deck of cards, Cards against Humanity, & Jenga are provided. We have remodeled our very first family home (700 square feet) & spent time & consideration into creating the most comfortable space for our guests to enjoy. We take pride in our space & offer only what we would enjoy. Cleanliness is very important to us. Less clutter & clean with comfort!!!! Many come to Colorado to experience the opportunity to buy & try Marijuana. There is no smoking in the Colorado Cozy Cottage, but if you are respectful & discrete from our neighbors we are 420 friendly. No smoking next to doors & windows please. We have a backyard with a large deck & a pond next to it. A waterfall flows into the pond & you can feed the fish too (the silver koi is named Chicken Nugget). There is no entering the pond & of course children must be watched at all times. Fun Close Destinations!!! We suggest driving while on vacation or Ride Shares (Uber & Lift) work too! \- Red Rocks Amphitheatre is 11.9 miles away \- Coors Field Rockies/Downtown is 7.8 miles away \- Park across the street - Stite’s Park has a basketball court, baseball field, large grassy area, and playground. The house is super cute. Situated on a beautiful lot with an amazing backyard with a fountain. And there are Koi fish you can feed, which is super fun. The neighborhood is nice. She showed us around the backyard and was cleaning the property of leaves. I don’t mind her cleaning but genuinely prefer not to meet the host. What bothered us was when we said nice Tesla and she started to complain about Musk and how she wants to sell the car because of who he is. She also started to tell us about her opinion of Trump and Elon Musk. I don’t care if you’re on the left or the right I don’t wanna talk about your political opinion.We asked where the EV hook up was, she said there wasn’t any. So we used our own slow charger as we indicated to her. She was almost annoyed. The high top table is incredibly uncomfortable, especially for anyone that actually wants to sit down and work remotely. The master bed at the back of the house was incredibly uncomfortable. We switched beds with our kids after the first night and moved to the front of the house. Both mattresses were too soft and very uncomfortable. It’s frustrating to be able to say that the beds were less comfortable than your normal hotel.I’m not really sure why the house only has five forks. We had to hand wash the forks because we didn’t want to run the dishwasher after every single meal. The dishwasher is so noisy!Didn’t like the fact there was a box of marijuana on top of the fridge and don’t think the books are all kid friendly. The music nostalgia all over the house was beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed upon arrival. The common areas were so comfortable and of course, the backyard was PERFECT! 2 hammocks!! We tried to use everything, but there just wasn't enough time. Heather is an incredibly hospitable host. I did have an issue with the beds, but Heather immediately offered great solutions. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to stay at this property and would definitely consider coming again. I have stayed up in Heathers other property in Pueblo and was blown away by all the special touches she provides. Her flexibility was phenomenal, her communication was immediate. She gave so many recommendations for restaurants and activities. The koi pond was awesome, along with all the cool special touches in the house. Beds so comfy. I would give it a million stars. It had everything we needed. It was a cute place. It was cold, so we really didn’t use the backyard, but I can imagine in warmer weather it would be a great place to hang out. This house was perfect for me and my wife. Very well decorated and it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and they had a hugh TV. The back patio was private and fun for drinks and coffee. We attended a concert on Saturday at Red Rocks. It was about a 20 mile drive to RR. We would stay here again. S&D ##### Scott H. Since we drove there I was able to bring my own pillows… glad I did cuz the pillows are big. I prefer a flatter pillow.
