Full disclosure my friend that we were meeting had a terrible experience with the night manager the night before we got there. When we arrived the receptionist asked for my drivers license and my wife’s as well. I’ve never had a hotel ask for more than the person on the reservations ID. I don’t like it cause everything you need to steal an identity is on a drivers license. It definitely raised my hackles. We got to the room and it was clean but the shower stall leaked at the bottom. There were two spots in the ceiling where they cut into the drywall and patched without mudding and finishing. There was also two spots in the wall that were cut and drywall replaced without being muddied. All in all a budget price for a trash experience. I will not stay again and if I was best western I’d be embarrassed to have my name attached to this place.

Check in was ok, staff wasn't quite sure how to deal with and accept a service dog. They wanted to charge us a fee for our service(ADA) dog. Had to explain the situation to them. Seems like a lot of service industry employees still need training in this seemingly common situation. Otherwise things went well and the propose nice!

Staff has been trying to find ways to approach those with service animals due to many people claiming their animal is a service dog/animal and the rooms end up being destroyed and making it difficult for those who do in fact have a service animal. Place is very nice inside and is on the high end of clean and stylish. It’s near the airport and the surrounding area is Meh. Even though this is a best western you have to pay for coffee and breakfast. The breakfast is a little better than a normal fare but $3 to put the same tiny cups of cheap cream into my black drip coffee is a stretch for a Best Western. I understand having to pay for Lattes and Mochas and Espresso but I’ve never had to pay for drip at a hotel before. Oh well, not what I expect from a BW.

Excellent customer service and super clean!
I needed a room at 2am when my flight delayed. This property was close to the airport. The lady that checked me in was wonderful! She was so friendly but kept it short and sweet knowing that I was exhausted. She’s fantastic! Room was beautifully cleaned, bed was comfy, everything was perfect!! It was a really nice way to end a really crappy day

I liked the professional service that I received during my visit. The service manager, Bashir, was patient with me. He was pleasant to do business with and provided thorough information on my car rental. I would recommend this service and location to other people in need of a car rental.

Not too bad
Overall I enjoyed my stay here, the bed was super comfortable and it was fairly quiet, with lots of fast dining options nearby. The parking situation was a little ridiculous, but that was mostly due to paving construction on part of the lot. My biggest complaint is they advertise patios and balconies and EVERY door is permanently dead bolted from what I could tell. I specifically got a room with a patio to relax, and couldn’t do that. Also, the room was an accessible room and the layout of that was a little ridiculous. I had to have all my toiletries outside of the bathroom near the TV because it just had a sink in the bathroom, I understand it’s laid out for wheelchairs but people in chairs cause still use counters if you build them correctly.
