Hello Dear Guest we do apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. The glass at the front desk was upheld during co-vid happened. We take things like this highly serious and sure can assure you of what you think of implying is not true. Other than that sheets being stain not sure too why but we will be following up with our housekeeping staffs. Elevators have once which is working perfectly fine and the 2 one is under maintenance and does clearly have a sign on it. Once again we apologize for such an experience but till next time.
