Kevin was very responsive and the check in process was easy and smooth. Very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a large community park with playgrounds. This was such a lovely house to stay in, very inviting and comfortable and well-equipped. The multiple seating areas outside are wonderful, we easily hosted a (take out) dinner for 10 people at the covered outdoor dining table. Close to Olde Town Arvada, Denver, Golden - mountain and city day trips. Highly recommended. Great communication with host. ##### Rebecca B. I stayed here with family for just one night, and it was such a comfortable, clean, and welcoming space. The home is thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed for a short stay—including fast internet, a great selection of games to enjoy together, and a cozy outdoor area with a fire pit that was perfect for the cool evening.The location is ideal—close to lots of great restaurants, shops, and things to do in both Arvada and Denver. Even though our visit was brief, it was easy to see this is a spot I’ll want to come back to. It made a great home base, and I’ll definitely be booking again for future trips to Colorado! ##### Tammie H.
