"the hotel is a bit run down but the rooms was nice and big, Pergo flooring which is way preferred over carpet, comfy king bed….other reviews are true, you get what you pay for…..but great hotel for the price when you factor in you’re 2 miles away from downtown Denver and all the attractions, at a price under $100. "This hotel is very centrally located so it's great if you are visiting and want to explore. The staff has always been the best part of staying here but this last visit I was pleasantly surprised to find they had remodeled quite a bit. The beds were comfy and the new lighting and decor looks great. This is not a fancy motel but it is just what you need to be comfortable. Singles, couples or families will enjoy this property!"

"Tried this new place and I have to say I loved it! We come to Denver often and this will be our new spot. Check-in was super easy. The lobby area decor was elevated. The room was clean and loved the copper tub and full shower bath. Fireplace- comfy bed- and a hot bath was perfection for a night in Denver. We hope to come back again soon! The tshirts in lobby were a great gift for a friend back home and high quality. Staff was amazing and friendly! "
