This is a wonderful group of cabins a short distance from the small town of Talkeetna. We wanted to stay more days but they were sold out. Nice cabin, clean, comfortable, everything desired.

Loved our stay at the Meandering Moose! Our room was amazing and exactky what we needed with the amount of beds. Plus, we had washer and dryer and were able to wash our clothes, and we had the use of the rest of the house. We truly enjoyed staying there and would definitely recommend it. Thank you!

The cabin was lovely, clean and well stocked. We slept comfortably. We had a very brief stay during a rain storm and was unsuccessful with WiFi but it’s Alaska.

The lodge had everything we could possibly need, and more! So many useful utensils, cookware, and dishes in the massive kitchen. So many interesting and tasteful decorations and what-nots. So much comfortable furniture, inside and out!

It was clean. Staff was nice. Cottage was cute, well decorated with a small kitchen in a quiet more remote area. Everything was in working order. Bed was comfy. We liked it and if it's any comparison, we live in a large log home. This was quaint and perfect.

Very nice tidy cabin. Comfortable bed. The cabin had several games to play which was nice because we had a lot of rain. The outdoor grilling area looked great but we didnt use it. It's a great location close to town but quiet. Check in was great, just pull up, call the number and meet at the cabin. Bathroom in the Munchin Moose is very small. Shower is small and no sink. You use the kitchen sink. Not a problem for us.

Meandering Moose Lodging is place to choose if you want to stay in a quiet place surrounded by Nature, the Cabins are beautifully decorated in a truly Alaskan style taking care of every single detail with a really good taste. Cabins are pristine with fresh towels and lineen that really smell clean!! the beds are amazingly comfortable exactly what you need after an adventure long day They have everything refrigerador, microwave, coffee maker and delicious snacks, (my favorite popcorn 😋) coffee and water. The bathroom is sparkling clean with nice hot shower. Stacey, the host is very charming and attentive, she will help you in every possible way to make your stay in Talkeetna unforgettable and of course to make you feeling at home. I had an awesome time at the Lodge and I am very grateful for all the care and help they gave to me to have a lovely stay in beautiful Talkeetna 💗
