« Owner is friendly and communicative, room is clean and minimal but does lack places to hang things up or organize your belongings. The bed is very firm and the pillows are pretty flat so I would recommend planning for that if it's something that would bother you, or, ask the owner if they have any other types of bedding (I just didn't want to bother them for such a short stay). Otherwise it's great if you're just trying to find a spot for the night. »

« It was the most relaxing stay we have ever had in a rental. The size of the unit was perfect for the two of us. Sun rise and sunsets we beautiful. The Wagyu steak we ordered was wonderful, just wished there was a cast iron pan to cool it on. No worries I brought my own. Lol »

« Stay was good! Parking situation needs to be addressed as we had to park on the street. The other tenants took up both parking spaces. Didn’t enjoy the giant spider that came to visit us in the bathroom. Overall as expected. The couch in the living room is pretty uncomfortable to sit on. »

« Hidden little treasure, The little apartment was ideal, the microbrewery was a local sensation, hung out there the following morning prior to our ferry departure. The host was very open to conversation and helpful. Would highly recommend. We will stay again if in the area! »

« We enjoyed an extended stay at Cowboy Cabin. It was great being out in a rural area, and we especially enjoyed watching hawks, swans, and other birds in the marsh across the street. The on-site staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Just know that this is an older building with dents and bruises, and the heating system could use a little attention. I'll bet kids would enjoy the cowboy decor and plenty of room to play in the large living room. »

« The property was really nice. It was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. It had everything we could possibly need. The only issue we had, which was very small, is that we didn't know that it had a lower apartment, that was also rented out. I don't recall seeing this when reviewing the property details, initially. Apparently, our dog was a little noisy on the first night and there was a complaint called into the host. Once we knew they were there, we tried to limit any noise for the rest...

« We had a great time! Lots of room. Lovely deck and big kitchen to hang out in. It was nice to have the walk in pantry to tuck all our food supplies in. Also we discovered if you pull from the top of the fridge handle it was a little easier to open it. Be prepared for a little bit of a hike to get to the lake. The built in sound system was nice once my techie husband figured out how to connect his Spotify to it. Bring eye covers if you like to sleep in, windows just have sheer blinds. Or get up...
