This stay was just about perfect in every way. The host was excellent with communication before this trip began answering all our questions. When we arrived we were welcomed with a personal note and snacks ready for us. Parking outside the property was easy and there was lots of street parking available as well. The home was clean, prepped with everything we needed, and plenty of extra towels. The backyard was clean and an amazing place to have a coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. I will say the twin beds upstairs and the shower/bath are definitely better suited for kids or teens, but we made it work :)Also worth mentioning is that the check in and check out process was easy and exactly how a vacation accommodation should be handled. We were happy to help with the few things needed to clean up as we exited, but we so happy there wasn’t a large list of requirements beyond the basics of picking up after ourselves. Thank you for the amazing stay. We would absolutely book again if our travels bring us back to Delta, Colorado. ##### Eddie G. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and easy walks to downtown and a neighborhood park. The kids ended most days Cleland park. Delta is about an hour from Grand Mesa, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Colorado National Monument and Ouray or Telluride. Our hosts were very gracious and answered any questions that we had. The owners were so kind & thought of everything. Snacks when we arrived, coffee, condiments, plenty of towels, a horseshoe pit, just to name a few. The house was updated and so cute!
