Be prepared to Enjoy Downtown Delray Beach in absolute luxury! This is a one of a kind property! There is nothing else like it in Downtown Delray.

The property is over 2544 sq/ft and professionally decorated from top to bottom. Extremely spacious and very comfortable. The location is beyond PRIME. Literally in the heart of EVERYTHING. Across the street from CUT 432 which has one of the best happy hours on the Ave! Wine bar is right nextdoor! The beach is 10 minutes by foot!

The most centrally located property in Downtown Delray Beach!

The space is gorgeous. The living room/dining room/kitchen space is HUGE.

The master bedroom is massive and very cozy with a King sized bed with a view of Atlantic Ave.

The other bedroom has a queen sized mattress with views of the Ave.

The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.

There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

Enjoy spending time with friends and family in this one of a kind luxury property that is in the heart of Delray Beach!

You have access to the entire property except for a couple utility closets and you won't have access to the rooftop (for safety reasons)

This property is literally in the heart of Downtown Delray Beach! It doesn't get more central. You are literally nextdoor to a beautiful wine bar and every delicious restaurant Downtown offers!

The location doesn't get more prime than this!

You can walk everywhere. You're seconds/minutes away from world class dining and fun bars with live music etc.
