« While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments! »

« The host was responsive during the stay. There was an issue with the hot tub that was resolved. The outdoor furniture was left uncovered which made it almost impossible to sit on because it was always dirty and wet. Neighbors were nice and quiet. Temps got cold and thermostat was locked for a couple of days so we had ac on when we needed heat. Then it warmed up and we needed the air back. I wish we had full control the whole time. There were certain areas of the home that felt clean and others...

« This was unfortunately a terrible experience, primarily as a result of the host, how they treated us, and an issue with them pushing to do work in the unit during our stay. Thankfully VRBO made it right and we were able to recoup most of our spend as the issues were not of our doing.
