"Wir waren am Vortage zu einer Beerdigung in einem Nachbarort angereist. Verglichen mit der Ausstattung von vor 2 Jahren hat unser Zimmer "nahezu 4 Steren-mäßig" überrascht. Auch die Frühstück-Sets waren umfangreich. Unser sehr positiver Eindruck verkehrte sich ins Gegenteil, ob der groben Unfreundlichkeit, mit der unser höflicher Wusch, statt des verlangten Check-out um 10:00h, ob der Trauerkleidung eine Stunde später auschecken zu dürfen, mit dem Verweis verwehrt wurde "Um 10:00h werden alle...

"Not great. A/C did not work nor did the bathroom ventilator. The floor fan was broken and personnel showed little interest in replacing it. Windows were towards a busy road so keeping them open was not an option. "
